The brothers Tregarthen, as they appeared in 2110 (the only extant photos of the boys). Their parents will name the triplets after the biblical Babylonians Meshach, Shadrach, and Abednego in the Book of Daniel, who Nebuchadnezzar II (ruled 605–562 BCE) cast into the fiery furnace for refusing to worship a golden idol and who were unhurt by the flames.
Abednego Tregarthen will be a Belshazzar fellow and hold the Hammurabi chair at the Al Hillah University in Iraq. Abednego also will be a member of the Order of the Temple of Marduk and the Knights of Ishtar.
The triplets will adopt the common name of Shadrach and the salamander (shadrach is a kind of salamander) as their insignia. Shown here are three fire salamanders in the background. The Celts will consider fire salamanders a very potent and magickal creature.
